1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any feature of OurConnection.club ("OurConnection", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Who can use OurConnection

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

OurConnection is available globally. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with the laws of your country.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account or impersonate another person.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Report any unauthorized use to support@ourconnection.club immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, phish, or attempt to defraud other users.
• Use the platform to advertise services outside of your teacher profile.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Create fake accounts or manipulate ratings and reviews.
• Share private information about another user without consent.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, bios). By posting it, you grant OurConnection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove any content that violates these terms at our discretion.

6. Teachers and lessons

• Teachers are independent providers, not employees of OurConnection.
• OurConnection is not responsible for the quality or outcome of lessons.
• Teachers must represent their qualifications accurately.
• Lesson cancellations and refunds are governed by the teacher's own policy, except where OurConnection's refund policy applies.
• OurConnection reserves the right to remove a teacher from the platform for violations of these terms.

7. Payments and subscriptions

OurConnection offers the following plans:

• Free — $0/month, limited access
• Standard — $4.99/month
• Premium — $9.99/month
• Boost — $2.99 one-time, 24-hour visibility boost

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

8. Intellectual property

The OurConnection name, logo, design, and software are owned by OurConnection and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurConnection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your content may be removed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
